Hi, I’m Felix, a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience. I have helped busy professionals, stay-at-home moms, models, and retired seniors achieve their health, physique, and well-being goals.

Before becoming a health coach and personal trainer, I used to coach professionals in different fields to grow in their careers.
